It happens especially from the JARs of opal they sell really very little to cut and alot more garbage in there knowingly... but thats it.. its a hassell to return but at least its an option

Just name the vendor. Unusual for a seller on there that’s verified to sell material like that unless it’s listed as beginner. Everyone enhances material either thru lighting. Questionable sellers enhances material with water or glass jars

I also realize that the packets he sells are mostly for learning and beginners practice...not necessarily for them to get their money back, but to gain knowledge on opal cutting. I think the pack he sent you was very fair and you are doing a fabulous job Tom! Very impressed with your skills on the wheels.
